Oak Door, Grand Hyatt Roppongi オーク ドア グランド ハイアット 東京
The Oak Door is one of a number of restaurants to be found at the elegant Grand Hyatt in Roppongi. This restaurant is one of my safe but good choices for business lunches in Tokyo. The service is good, the surroundings extremely elegant and the food is of very high quality. My favourite would have to be the lobster salad, which is a bit pricey at 4,500 yen but well worth it. For some reason every time I visit I end up drinking champagne - but that's not compulsory! Perhaps the atmosphere of sheer luxury is to blame.
